Reminds me a lot of that recent bug where you had to wait so long. didn\'t get any popup of Chinese letters or anything like that. Just won\'t let me out of CSA.;

This happens quite frequently. It\'s a loading issue. When you find yourself ghosting (can move, but can\'t interact with scenery and seem to be all alone), just refresh. You may have to refresh a few times, then you will finally be able to take part in the CSA.

yea, done that a few times and it lasted for over 20 minutes and I caught the last part of CSA and lost out on quite a bit;
