Can't Collect on the Precious

        I recharged this morning after rollover a $40, a $20 and a $10 recharge specifically for the precious rewards.; I can\'t collect the precious rewards now as you can see in the screens below.; I have refreshed and even logged out and back in multiple times.; I would like this rectified asap.

        better show your dias, so mod can 100% sure that it was not forged. (no offense, but some people do this)

well from your events at top list you have reacharged at midnight and not met the other requirments need to do more then just recharge is a common overlook so screen shots of your tide pool would help
