        Well providing your IGN (in game name) and Server would help.
        We can at least pull your IGN off your screenshot.
        Also providing addition screen shots showing TA was not working for or was bugged would also assist in your case trying receive Sunnvia.

        With providing that information, when the next Forum Mod on duty will be able to report it for you
