Problem with loading Knight's Fable!!!

Okay, so I went to the Knight\'s Fable page, clicked play, clicked on a server, chose my character and their name. Then the game started to download. It says that if it\'s the first time downloading the game that it takes a while and if loading stops (or in my opinion just doesn\'t load in about 30-60 minutes) to refresh the page. I thought okay this might take about 5-15 minutes so I waited. The loading bar was on loading the system files. About 20 minutes after waiting it still hadn\'t loaded, so I refreshed the page, and it quickly loaded and the game downloaded all the way until the system files. I went into the other room to watch t.v. while it loaded and thought that maybe it\'d be quicker this time. After about 3 hours I come back, and see that it was still on the system files. I refresh the page again, frustrated, and waited another 3 hours, the same thing occurred. I then gave up and called it a night. Now that was about a day ago or so. Tonight, I tried again, this time on a different server and with a new character, I waited about 20 minutes, looked, and it was still on the system files. So, fed with the crap being thrown in my face I decided to come and bring my little situation to the forums in hope that someone can help me and not give me some crap saying to just keep refreshing the page because obviously it\'s NOT WORKING!!! So, to all of the helpful geniuses out there please help me!!!
