as kitsune referred to, none of what you stated has any effect on skills (except nerieda and LE but didn\'t mention what level upgrade they are? do you have IRB? using rage totem, or other blessing? gear does it have 30 rage buff?. it is based on the rage required for the first skill to activate and trigger rates for subsequent moves. are you using emblems to increase secondary rates? hope that helps
