Heros Upgrade didn't pay out

        I upgraded my Nereida from level 18 to 19 with a level 19 Hero mark I won in the Wheel of Luck, and also upgraded my King o\' Bones from level 11 to 12 using Bless Stones.
        When I went to the hot event Hero Upgrade neither reward was lit up to collect.
        I am owed 500 Seraph Stone for Nereida and 300 for King \' Bones

        Screen shot of what? Me upgrading my heros? Why would I do that? I don\'t assume the game will be broken and I\'ll need constant screen shots as evidence?
        I was admin several years ago;on a private Fyff server. The game generated an activity log of every player and every action they took. I could filter the database by player name and time and confirm whether a player did or didn\'t do what he said - I\'m sure the devs have something similar here.
        Even if they don\'t, you can look at my payment account that\'s been recharging a lot of cash for over a year, and this is the first time I\'ve asked for a refund or compensation for anything.

        So am I getting compensated or what?

        And the screenshot shows what? That I have a level 19 Nereida, not when I upgraded it.
        The screenshot doesn\'t even prove I upgraded it during the event, does it?
        How do they know I didn\'t collect the reward, and I\'m double dipping?
        The devs have database access to every single move every single character makes;- what was upgraded, what was synthed, what was bought or sold etc - in the end they\'ll only believe their logs ... who makes screen shots of things as they happen?
        800 Seraph stones in nothing to someone my level, I can live without it and won\'t be rage quitting if I don\'t get it restored - I\'m just hoping they can make a good faith gesture to a supporter of the game that hasn\'t made any claims of lost items or diamonds in over a year.
        It happened, they can believe me or they wont.
