We need more information to submit your issue, like IGN and server. If the monthly payment failed due to insufficient balance (for example) your subscription is not renewed. I also assume you are worried your renewal bonusses will be reset to +1? That might be the case if the error unexpectedly turns out to be on your side. If the error is on our side like you say, we will also look into that and try make sure that gets fixed.
It\'s important you give your additional info asap so we can move on.
