Didn't get extra Diamonds with Precious!

        Hello, I purchase diamonds last night, my charge went thru but I didn\'t receive my diamonds on time on my account and I didn\'t even get the chance to receive the extra diamonds cause Precious event was out.; I kept refreshing and refreshing I had time but the diamonds didn\'t appear on my account on time.; So about 5 or 10 mins later my diamonds showed up on my account but Precious was gone sigh...
       

        Can anything be done about this just asking.; I have proof of me purchasing diamonds on my account.
