CAN'T RECHARGE - LOST 1st IN HoC, COMPENSATION???

        I was in first place on our server in;HoC event 2 days ago. Used over 1100 cards for event in first 2 days and I have not been able to recharge since. Also could not take advantage of the Precious hot event. I hope they at least refund the cards I wasted on this event so I have an opportunity to win next time around.

        2 support tickets have been sent on this issue, neither have been answered with a solution to the problem. Support asked me to try a different payment option. This didn\'t work either!

        I hope we receive adequate compensation for this problem. I think we all deserve better customer service.

        you wont get nothing but a lame excuse, please wait, it has been reported, look at the forums and you will realize that they do not go back in time and adjust anything, nor will they reimburse you for items spent since you did get other things for them, you probably would have lost to a seed/plant anyway, probably a good thing that it saved you money instead of wasting it, why you recharging like that anyway, haven\'t you learned yet, ok, I get it, tentos school of gaming is in effect.
        the game doesnt\' do good compensation, let alone adequate as you requested (seen anything for TA, seeds, chat, missing points etc.),; and customer service is for other countries and industries, not online games, not china and both meet here so it is non-existent. Hate to be the boo bear here but just giving you the reality of it. many have tried the same thing and the forums are full of them, read some and you will see for yourself, you don\'t have to believe me, and can say I don\'t count I am not a mod, but you will see I am right. and I will go ahead and say I told ya so. just trying to save you some frustration, your resistance is futile,

        right its bull they want and they still haven\'t got back to me on the beach event they cost me; this last time since I wasn\'t able to recharge been pending for over a week; now with multi bumps up etc
        they send you there so you can be ignored and; not get any info

        I will post on this thread if it is any different than what you say. I do not have much faith in this company. Luckily, I can use my visa card for other things, perhaps buy some time on WoW
