LoA Gratitude any fix?

Is this a plot to get non-vip members to recharge again because vip\'s can collect all 5 day log-in reward while non-vip can\'t get anything at all.

        As you can see my vip 8 expired I don\'t have diamond to renew and can\'t recharge atm and can\'t collect anything at all. And this is not problem with me but every1 who are non vip or whose vip expired. And the other thing is that if you are vip you can get full 5 day login reward today itself which will include 5 day login reward lvl 10 crit+ hit for vip 10

        Well guess what no LOA Gratitude event at all in the hot events what happened are we not getting yt or is the date wrong i see people post it shows up on theres but no in ours please fix for us ty

        Your Server is a PST Server. You\'ll get the Event after Reset later tonight.

        The Main Issue is the Event having to be an Active VIP in order to Collect. I checked on my Alt on an HKT Server (Non-Active) VIP5, and cannot Collect anything either. Not even the Free Collection for VIP0-1.
