no customer appreciation
back when we had the Xmas failures, many pledged to not recharge or greatly reduce spending for a month, many left game at that time, and I quit spending thru Jan, spent some in Feb but was cautious and worked as many precious and deals in as possible, so was still not even close to back to beginning levels, now March is here and again scandals, bugs, etc. so back to Jan I go. and April I may not be around to see. Game is quickly losing its grip, hate to piss away a lot of time, effort, and;money, but may be better than watching this game die along with my server. GT keeps getting more and more desperate (blatant) in their recharging ploys.
As far as customer service, you can expect the same, its not the JM\'s fault that the devs jacked up, and the management cant make it fair to all so therefore nothing gets comped most of time. You are just getting into the issues. many have had lost recharges, bugs for months, done everything right with posts and still not got answers or been told its not updated yet (after a year?) nothing appeared wrong so you get nada? or my favorite- it was a typo, we didn\'t really mean it to look that way so no you cant get what you paid for or thought you earned.; welcome to the GT world of bugs and finance. My advice charge back now and run away.
