        Since many of player now stop recharging and soon or later their VIP will be gone, you impose this \'LOA gratitude\' just to tempt the\' Vow to No Recharge\' player to recharge their toon and get their VIP activate in order to collect the LOA gratitude prize.

        I must say, its really tempting for me to break my vow but alas, I know better.

Understand the concept of old goes out new comes in. ;The old hardcore casher who are pledging to stop recharging have already recharged enough to cover for most of the population, while they keep opening new servers where the new hardcore casher are replacing those who stop recharging. ;When a game constantly have to merge dead servers, the messages are clear.
