i have gone almost 3 weeks now not being able to top up because of technical issues on your end i have missed sevrel cash events and being able to compete in them because of this
you have made this game a very heavy cash game and without it you cant go far get new heros or do anything
you now come out with another cash event with still no signs of fixing my top up issues nor have you made any effort in the last 3 weeks to fix my zodiac;
you tell me to be patiant but do nothing to show you are working to fix these problems for me;
you do nothing to show you value me as a paying customer;
is this how you treat your valued customers shine them on and do nothing for them when you have so many others spending that 1 person doesnt matter to you
well i may just be one person today but you are slowly killing off the game and running ppl off by your lack of customer appreciation;
i strongly suggest that us as players stop spending on the game for atleast a weekend and show them that unless they fix bugsand treat there customers properly we will continue to refuse to spend
as i am sure im not the only one having problems and weas they paying customers pay there wages so if they want to keep collecting a pay cheque they need to start working for us improving the game and making customers happy when they are wronged
spend less time worrying about what pic to use for hoc and less time making more cash events and do stuff to help f2p for a change
or fix the current issues ;and compensate ppl who have been effected by bugs;
