At about 5:00 am game time (4:00 am CST) I purchased a renewal of my VIP membership. When the purchase was completed I was told it would take up to 10 minutes for the transaction to be processed. It has been over an hour and nothing has happened yet. If someone could please fix this so I can go back to enjoying the game it would be greatly appreciated. My GSN is AlfaSeithr and I play on S9. Thank you.
