Shards verses crest... the non helpful support.

        I purchased astral hunter shards thru house of cards. I received astral hunter crests.; This would normally be great but I don\'t need to recruit astral hunter 10 times and the crest do not work to recruit astral hunter. so now I\'m stuck with crests that don\'t recruit and not enough shards to forge the right crest.;I have submit my;problem to support and the responses I have gotten are as follows.

        ;Dear player, would you please confirm that the double 10 shards are shards, not crests. Thanks for your cooperation.

        Dear player, when you click the synth, do it remind you that you do not have enough shards? Please check again.

        The third being the same as the first two. the response is paraphrased.... don\'t you know how to count.... While this may seem funny I assure you it is not.; When you are looking help the responses you get that seem to imply your an idiot for not knowing how to count is not helpful. to me the problem is very simple.; I need the crests that won\'t recruit replaced with shards that I can forge.; this is what I thought I was purchasing in the first place. if it is simpler to just replace both crests and shars with a single crest I would welcome that. I am posting this here because of the people on my server that have had the same unfortunate luck of buying shards and recieveing crests that don\'t work .....NON of them have received ANY help From support...;

You need x amount of shards to recruit. Or just 1 crest. You also need the required amount of herosouls to recruit from tavern. If this doesn\'t answer your issue. I need you to take a screenshot so I can see exactly whats going on. Thank you.

        srsly, after getting that, you still complain about leftover crest and ask for exchange to another crest?
        If i\'m in your place, i would already satisfied from getting discount of shard.
