help just won and lost my topaz accessory

        I tried to upgrade to my topaz accesory i just won and when i did it just merged into my old green flame one i don\'t know what i did wrong or if its a but but i worked really hard on this to just have it vanish ; ; please help; Karen  s 56 or united 13 merged
