Is it a bug or what?

I took this screenshot at 11.20 am Server Time (HKT). I\'m in S725. this is a first TT in my server. It says the match will begin at 12.00 but our TT still has no match schedule.
I wondering, is it a bug or a normal system that is only for a new server?
