LOST AND MISSING CARNIVAL CARDS

Prior to last carnival end I used to the exchange moira cards to get michael cards after doing so I had the michael cards and 4 moira cards sitting there waiting for this carnival to come round to pick up my hero\'s finally. When refresh came around to day you can imagine my surprise to note not only are my michael cards gone so are 3 of the moira cards half of the other cards i had stored and 1200 points that i had carried over.
For the love of my sanity please fix this I think i am entitled to a little of that after what i have spent on this game so far across many accounts I would have won an award for most children sponsored through world vision if i had gone that way.

SS as requested. My Michael cards are not there, there is only 1 moira card instead of 4 and the points are at 834 which should be just over 2k 1200 points have gone missing.

starting to feel that way thats for sure. The mods have passed it on but these devs should take them 2 mins to look at the data log and go ok here are your missing cards have a nice day 5hrs on and nothing from the devs yet.
