HOC swapping issue - Be very careful - Please help

Just got royally messed up now in HOC. I was swapping cards for points to get Runestone and after I swapped all 4 cards, I clicked swap and it jumped to Dragon queen emblem and swapped Dragon queen emblem instead and used 5 of my jokers that I have worked very hard to save!; I Did not want dragon queen now, I am saving for Light envoy. This is really frustrating. Has this happened to anyone?? Can Anything be done? I want my five jokers back and them to take back Dragon Queen Emblem.. Please help.....

Lionheart77; Server (S40) FirePlumeCage - I appreciate the response, I spend a lot of Money on this game but it was not a mistake by me, It is definitely a bug. Not to get off topic - but something very similar happened to me when I was synthing level 80 equipment. I selected the hero\'s equipment I wanted to Synth, made sure the correct one was selected clicked Synth and it synthed the wrong heros equipment, I did not complain about that at all, but this issue has caused me a lot of aggravation.

yes mine jumps from blessed stones to top of prize list very annoying bug. every time trade for cards this happens they need to fix it
