Use of Aureus

        Hi,

        I have been trying to purchase an item from Loralei\'s Wardrobe with my Aureus, but am not able to do so.; I don\'t get the option to use the Aureus in place of the diamonds, and am wondering if there is an issue with my account or if it may be something else.; I only have 50 diamonds, and get the message that I don\'t have enough diamonds, but am not given the option of using my Aureus instead.; Can someone please help me with this?

        Dear player,

        In the purchase screen, after clicking buy now, there should be two boxes underneath each other. One box to specify the amount you want to buy and the second box to specify how many aureus you want to swap in for the item. Most items have a specified amount of Aureus that limits you and makes you unable to buy the entire item in Aureus. Also you need to have enough aureus to swap.

        If any of these boxes are missing, or you met said conditions: Could you provide us with a screenshot of the issue and your information like IGN and server nr?

I use a Mac laptop and am unsure how to take a screenshot. ;The box to select Aureus is missing, and I do have enough to make the purchase. ;Could you tell me how to take a screen shot with a Mac. ;The server I use is GTArcade S666 Doeg.

you probably don\'t have enough diamonds to make purchase, so it is not going to pull it up, only the phoenix wings are without diamonds, (can purchase with just aureas) ;try that one and see.

        Well forrest answer is a bit more blunt.

        There isn\'t a restriction on your account, however this is a restriction on the amount you can use on specific items. ;It does vary item to item and often event to event. ;

        You can no exceed the limit of the item, but you want to make sure you\'re using the amount you want though prior to purchasing since it doesn\'t automatically adjust. ; Since you can increase amount used by increase quantity purchased. ;

        The item below, is limit 240 per item, essentially allowing it to be free if you have enough. ;27 just happens to be the most I can pick up for free currently

I was in a hurry.;On this be advised that it takes 200 to synth a set of these;wings, therefore the most you would need to purchase is 10, (I know it says 10 per day and more for vip 4) why it allows you to waste your resources? think it is just lazy devs who cookie cutter events.
