You\'re better off not recharging. This company doesn\'t care about it\'s players, only how much money they can suck from you. After being caught red handed committing fraud on all of us they have completely ignored the issue and offer crappy gratitude event to try and shut everyone up. Keep your money and find a game from a reputable company that you can enjoy.

Much as I\'m sympathetic to anyone having problems, I do need to say, take some time to write a ticket. From what I understand I assume you are reporting a database error, and also that you can\'t recharge for some unspecified reason. That\'s the most I can make of it. Mind you, the devs have a hard enough time to read a well written post... let alone if you don\'t report the issue very clearly ;).

The database error;may have been lost in the reading - I\'d report it on its own, and post it in support forum as well.;

        Here is the forum post, keep in mind it\'s been edited a couple of times. They never take full responsibility for all of the seed accounts, just throw a few under the bus and call them hackers (there are no legit hacking tools or cheats for this game). I personally have no interest in a lawsuit, takes too much time and money and youzu is located in China. I have spent over $500 (not sure exactly how much) but I\'m continuing to wait and see what happens. I will give it another week or so before I take my SS to the bank for a complete chargeback.
        P.S. There is also a FB group LOA Leak where you can get all of the info you need for a chargeback.

        Anyone can sue anyone, it is whether or not you are successful that would matter.
        Your best bet is to not recharge, they have admitted fraudulent activity by an employee and hackers however there is likely more to this story as the hackers and the fraudster behaved the same in winning cs events and acquiring enormous resources. ;You will find all the relevant information here;http://community.gtarcade.com/post/56722/
        be sure to read the replies as most of these arguments will need to be made with your payment provider if you seek a chargeback.

        If you are having difficulty recharging now, be grateful. Chinese game companies that market to the West heavily are quite notorious for unethical behaviors that are not illegal in China.;
        If you are not in China, check any and all existing distance selling laws as you have other recourse.
