change world boss on united servers

the world bosses on united 12 (and maybe others) seem to die before the majority of the people can even load the world boss(as in less than 2 minutes guaranteed) we need it to either have WAY more HP, to have more than 2 a day for options, or to have tiered world bosses so that the huge heavy hitters don\'t kill it before the newer people can even join.;;
