Problems with Recharging, No Diamonds!

        I recharge on my daughter account, I got a text on my phone that the payment went through but she didn\'t receive her diamonds on her account?; What is going on with every time you recharge your not getting your diamonds instant on your account like you should... She\'s been refreshing and still nothing has came up on her account!; Please fix this problem thank u! I will post her IGN and Server she is on.
