Did CS que requirements change?

I\'ve never seen a char over 82 on my main account in CS before, and today in my first match was around 3-4 85 +\'s Also if theres anyone over 3m br usually its 1 person my rating is in the 1600\'s. Today there was like 4 ppl on other team with 3m+ and couple on mine. Most of these people i\'d never seen before and ive been playing a while. Has something changed? Just thought it was kinda odd, ppl in my alliance said the same thing.

Ive asked multiple ppl and we\'re all seeing people we\'ve never seen before with +lvls and +BR. this is at different CS ratings - but ones that havent changed.         Had this happen to me a while ago, so. Storytime.

        Each timezone is broken up into separate groups, roughly by age. For example, there\'s EST1/2/3 and PST1/2. These groups are who you fight with in CS Tournament, CS Team Tournament, and normal Cross-Server War, as well as who you talk to in Divine Realm. For some reason Team Arena doesn\'t follow this grouping, and anyone who\'s in your timezone is fair game.

        So all was fine and dandy until GTArcade decided to change around the groupings because they\'re constantly adding new servers, and there\'s a limit on how many teams you can have in CS Team Tournament. So they decided to rebalance how they broke up the timezones - they\'ve done this a few times in the past. That\'s why you\'re seeing different people in Cross-Server War.

        Unfortunately GTArcade also messed up Divine Realm at the same time, which is why alliances / CS CoM / etc. are broken for some people and not for others at the moment. >;.>;
