Staff Exchange Not Working

        This is EbonThorn on Isis(s344).;
        In;the staff exchange only the angelic silver worked for me (1 time) & I have;
        both Ripe Pumpkins & Marvelous Pumpkins to exchange (which did not work at all).
        Also, I only can see Staff Exchange II & III, where is Staff Exchange I ?
        Please help, I\'ve been waiting to exchange these pumpkins!
