Recharge failed

        Hello! I tried to recharge my account several times and got it all failed. I tried to buy directly using American Express card and Paypal, using the same credit card. Is there any problem with American Express?
        I created an account in server uzziel tonight.;I noticed that my char is not appearing when I log in the website or in the client. I have to select the server from the list to connect. Can be this the problem?
        How can I proceed?
