My Vouchers are Minus-ing!

        This is EbonThorn on Isis(s344).
        I have just noticed that my vouchers I collected from my Daily loot Clash of Might (600) have all subtracted from my voucher total, not added to it.
        I had over 1k vouchers before reset.
        I keep an eye on how many i have so I can skill draw, & my voucher number after collecting was lower than before collecting.
        just to make sure, I went to the Divine Realm Clash of Might to collect my vouchers (75) from that & it happened again, as well as the;
        50 + 50 (=100) vouchers I lucky drew after purchasing 2 different voucher item shards ;in the wardrobe event.
        Sorry, I know I just put in a Help about my Ripe & Marvelous pumpkins not exchanging, but I would like this fixed as soon as you can, please.

        -.- Actually, regarding this truth thing, I open all threads after the shift of the person before me when I start my shift and go down each and every one of them, replying if I\'m the first FM to get there. After I have worked down this list I refresh the list a couple of times and look into topics where my name isn\'t showing as last replyer, because those usually are new ones, or updated ones.
        We try not to get into each others way, as too many people butting in is just annoying for the customer. But thank you for stating your vision of this truth thing you speak about in a completely unrelated thread of another person, instead of venting your annoyance in General Discussions where it\'s supposed to be. At least it shows me what kind of person I\'m dealing with and I can react accordingly ^^
        You have to know I deeply dislike personal attacks, especially if this so called truth is based on nothing but personal grudge and the feeling you have been wronged by someone you don\'t even know. I hope you feel better now, having spammed this completely unhelpful thing in a thread of someone who wants to be helped.

        Well then maybe you need to find another job. Working in customer service you will subjected to angry players - if you can\'t be cordial and polite to the players even if they aren\'t to you, then this isn\'t a job for you.

        Wow - I can\'t believe you actually posted that?
        You should be reacting to every player the same way regardless of how they are treating you. You need to remember many of the complaints here involve lost/wasted time of the player and/or real money.

Akumi-San answer was polite. He did not insulted the person to whom he replied. He is a player like you and me who get some diamonds for helping others. Sorry to say but you could have chose better targets: Super Moderators, who ARE GTA employes answering with rude, chip over the shoulder fashion) like

        BTW he is also right some people put their 2 cents in everything, are rude, call morons, ect. players who ask for help. Since I have no ill feeling, I hope you\'ll never experiment one of those when you\'ll ask for help.

        I\'m not arguing that \'ara mi\' didn\'t post out of turn, but that didn\'t qualify the mods response to him.
        I read the moderator belittling the poster, but apparently you don\'t read it that way.
        That\'s the problem with written communication - sometimes it\'s hard to know the true meaning.
        Doesn\'t matter if;the mod is a GTA employee on a salary, or a player getting diamonds in comp - he is still representing GTA.

        And some people like you think they just know everything better and everyone wants and needs to hear their opinion ^^ AND, in the same breath, also throwing garbage in a topic the attacked-by-you-junior-mod was trying to keep clean because you felt the need to be offended by something she wrote to someone else...

        I\'m pretty sure she\'s well on her place here to show bitter people a better way to vent their annoyance, like going to the appointed place like General Discussion to rant, just like she said. Aside from that there\'s this saying where we come from, going: Treat others how you want to be treated. She lives by it and will always try to stay polite and well mannered, especially if people show the same curtosy to her. That doesn\'t mean she\'ll let people with the likes of you run all over her, just because you think tossing some money to an online service;entitles you to treat other people like crap. Now go find something useful to do instead of haressing honest hardworking people online.;

        I don\'t see any personal attack here, we are players, you are mod\'s, your job is to help us and to answer our questions. and when we see something wrong, we have to say that something is wrong, unless it\'s not a democratic area.;

        when someone speaks about Tarot (NO ANSWER).;
        when someone speaks about Seeds and the suspicious accounts that still on till now (NO ANSWER).;

        and \'Truth\' is relative, my truth isn\'t like yours. mine is a player truth, yours is for mod\'s. anyway, i understand the fact that you can never be with us since you got a job now.. and you cannot be against your boss if you want to keep it;
