expedition buged or my hero gus dun want to use special skill

        i yust fightet in expedition 12 player the opponent did have appolo that used in 5 or 6 turns 3 times his special skill my gus didnt even do 1 time his special skill can the devs check this because 21% to use skill is more than enough to use it
        and today and yesterday i fightet appolo that used in 2 turns his special skill i realy want to know if its buged or not

yeah 1 SS he did do after 4 opponent attack from;main charecter and 2 SS he did maybe after altogether 12 attacks from opponent or somthing like that
