        Are you serious Sir? you really know what are you talking about? as far as i know you can collect all the VIP level rewards up to your current VIP levels. I also have that error too. Im VIP 8 in my server and i collected the Gratitude 0, 2 days reward and also gratitude III which is VIP 8 requirements but other gratitude like gratitude 1 and 2 cant collect. I know there is bug/error in this event because my other guildmates;;and friends in game, they claimed already the rewards up to day 4 in the first day of the event. The question is, how can you claim the rewards up to day 4 when its the first day only? and i ask them and they have the same answer, there is one common answer why they claimed the rewards up to day 4... its just because they are online after refresh when that gratitude event launch. In short, its bug then. The char only that offline in the day of launching that event have;experiencing this problem. Just like me.
