bug in tounament and other matches

When will finally done something against bugs in my char?
Again and again problems. I do not have any fight from the Tournament viewed. But I saw were once again full of bugs.

For example my fight against DRACULA ro. Hecate jumps to the field of the Dark Valkyrie although they had not died and hecate then dies with the Valkyrie.

Please finally to respond from you!

Extension list!
Not only in TT. I have it overall.
now affected in 2 out of 3 battles with the bugs.
when a heros will respawn prevents backup slot by the hero on.
places no dmg, no idea why!

When will it fixed?

concerns in pvp similarly as in pve.
