        Forgive me if this is a repeat post, but apparently the first one is under review for illegal words.

        I encountered an old bug the other day, while exchanging for cherub stones in the house of cards event. One where the current item you are exchanging gets reset to the first item in the list. Unfortunately for me, this was the Dragon Queen emblem that I didn\'t want.

        I contacted support and they refused to even admit that it was a bug and told me I was out of luck. Even worse, support pretty much ignores you after you complain. They won\'t respond to anything else.

        This is the worse piece of customer support I have ever encountered and I don\'t think I will be continuing this game much longer.

If I get that right you wanted a level 7 cherubstone and you were given a decent striker instead?

        No I exchanged points for the cards for a cherub stone. However after the exchange, the screen reset to the first item on the list when I hit exchange.

        Instead of taking the cards for the cherub stone, it took my Joker (s) etc for a dragon queen emblem. I don\'t even have a dragon empress so I would never have exchanged for a dragon queen first.

Oh. I am sorry for your loss, House of Cards usually has this kind of visual bugs. If it was on my hand I would\'ve loved to help you out but don\'t expect too much out of the support team.

        Exactly. Most players have seen this bug at some point. But Customer support claims they looked at it and there is NO BUGS. It works perfectly according to them.

        yeah, it is not like the item is physically gonna cost them anything to keep you happy and playing or paying whatever the case may be

Some people have been buying let\'s say shards for Valkyrie and instead of getting 10 shards, they\'ve been getting 10 crests and they did nothing about it. Why would they do now? My point being, if they don\'t do anything when the bug is against their gains, why would they care if it\'s against yours?
