Gold certificates not coming up in combos

        Good afternoon,

        I have been playing the capsule game trying to get the Gold certificates combo to come up (as well as the silver and bronze, of course) so I can get the Snow Queen crest. The only thing I\'ve gotten over the last 3 days now are either Silver or Bronze certificates. I\'ve spent over 24000 diamonds trying to get the gold certificate combo to pop up, but I can\'t get it to come up. Is there an issue with the gold certificates, or is the description wrong and they aren\'t a drop from the capsule event and can only be obtained via special means such as the tycoon certificates? Any assistance with this issue would be highly appreciated, as always.

Dear Player, it is not impossible to gain Gold Tickets however it was set up to be hard to gain. Snow Queen or any other equipement/things where the Gold Ticket is involved is not easy to obtian, you need to be lucky with your refreshes. :/

Since they are extremely hard to obtain, will they remain in your inventory once the event ends?
