Demonic Work hasn't worked for weeks

Demonic War hasnt worked right once for the past few weeks. Every time we do it (our alliance comprised mostly of players from;S13 ByronBlack), it says Log Failed a bunch of times. We\'ll refresh and it might work once or twice but then goes back to Log failed. This has gone on for a week or two with DW and it appears as though you aren\'t even trying to work on it. Seriously the survey thing should\'ve shown you that your biggest fault is Customer Service since when the players complain you don\'t do jack squat.;
