Account wont register server play on

I\'ve been playing the game and the game hasn\'t register the server played on. I play on Siris(628), I try a new one just to see if would. Also installed it to my computer and it still hasn\'t. So try connecting the account to another email still haven\'t received a link in my mail. Also haven\'t received my new player package!!!!
