paying customer,having ticket issues,and bieng ignored!!!

I have submitted 4 tickets its been almost a month since the unicorn event I have also submitted several screenshots with not even a valid answer nor a solution I am a paying member I don\'t understand why everyone else got what they paid for but ive went a month without getting what I payed for and met requirements for concerning the unicorn event from feb 7th to feb 9th? I am very upset bordering angry here why should people pay for a game that cant even give them what they deserve here? I do not believe it is fair or just. I am due a unicorn therefore I deserve to get it due to the dead button problem with that event. I have been ignored for far to long is it to much to ask just to get the mount that I was promised? I did the 999 recharge sythed the 7lvl patk and matk gems and still have not received the mount I am due .I just want my unicorn that is all not to have to go in circles forever having to submit ticket after ticket to no avail. So I would ask if support even reads this that you please pass this along I just want my mount please !!! SERVER:Boadicea 2 IGN:Roshondi
