Ok I posted an issue on here to which the Moderator Sunshine replied and I gave her the information needed to correct my issue....it has been 3 days now and nothing has happened. No replies and the issue is still not fixed. I\'m a patient person to an extent but when you ask for information...and your given the information requested you should do something with that info and let us know your doing so and update us on the progress.
The ticket would not submit. I got a system mail telling me to put the lvl 7 PATK and MATK into my gem bag and submit a ticket to have the exchange completed since the exchange didn\'t work for me during the event. Problem is as stated above, the ticket I tried to send for this to happen would not submit. I just need to make sure the information is delivered to the right people so the exchange gets completed.

This is the issue I posted and still has not been resolved. It is a simple pass the information along to the right people. Please do this for me.
