BROKEN STATS AND SQ?

I have 2 issues...First off stats in DW are completely broken...im fighting people that says they have 30k less agility then me but they are going first makes no sense....For reference my IG: Malek Server 420 and; 1 opponant IG: Salem Server 102... my MOD and Main both have higher agility yet he goes first check my pvp logs...; My second issue is SQ...i know shes IMBA but since when is she immune to Sands of time agility and def effects? I tested 5 times...I hit a SQ with 100k agility with sands and she went in turn as if she never lost agility and next round took same damage as if she never took -def....also shes immune to stun and chaos...shes not supposed to be immune to paralyze too...it doesnt say in her desc so either fix the desc or fix her IMBANESS TY...
