        so can someone get the VIP system fixed so i can finally resubscribe? I shut my autorenew off after originally subscribing since i wasn\'t sure i wanted it yet and didn\'t want to forget, but now it is expired and i want to renew but it won\'t let me. Your system keeps telling me i am already a VIP even though I\'m not getting any of the benefits and it is grayed out ingame. I submitted tickets but not getting any resolution or even response anymore. I want to keep playing but if i can\'t get any support i don\'t see any reason to continue.
       

        I\'ve also tried going  to the VIP tab, selecting the server and select next it just tells me i already have VIP, but i know i don\'t since all my VIP benefits are not functional. I tried going through the Buy now button in the VIP renewal hot event but that seems to just want me to make a new account. If I try through the VIP window and select activate it takes me to purchase diamonds.
        It has nothing to do with my inability to purchase through facebook, it isn\'t even getting that far to ask for my payment. I would like this resolved soon.

        Do you actually read the posts?  I don\'t want to cancel, i want to RENEW my VIP.
        I cancelled immediately after my first VIP purchase because i wasn\'t sure I wanted to keep it and I wanted to make sure I didn\'t forget.
        Now I am trying to renew and your system won\'t let me.  Read the first post fully for the rest of the details please.
        Good god this isn\'t rocket surgery, you can\'t support something if you don\'t fully read into the issue.

So am I ever going to get some kind of damn support?  I\'ve been facing this issue for 3 days now, pushing on to the 4th and I can\'t even get a response saying it is even being looked into.  This is the worst support I think i\'ve ever seen and i\'m about to just call it quits!!

VIP Renewal

        Well, so far it\'s been 5 days since my problem began and 3 days since i reported the problem and still no resolution or even response.   This entire company is made up of some of the dumbest jagoff\'s around.  Can i get some damn support here?  There has been no response here, or in the actual trouble tickets I have posted other than a bunch of dumb responses on the first day that really had nothing to do with the actual problem.
        You want our money but you don\'t want to do anything to actually deserve it other than ignore us and consistently program more bugs into the game. I\'ve had enough of this crap.  you have all my information, fix the problem or i am out of here and will be telling everyone i know not to waste their time or money on this company or any of their games.
