How has your GTArcade Game Support been? Reply:30| View:2490

        Hi All,
         Was wondering how others have been with the Support at GTArcade. I have had some bad times, how about you? I just lost out on the last Total Recharge reward for 40,000 Diamonds because the Tab was removed before Reset on S13. In turn I have not gotten the few Virtual Items I had Paid for. Such a big deal I guess. There have been many other Tech Support Tickets that where not addressed or just poorly handled for me.
        Submit your Vote and add any comment on your Support experiences, Good or Bad. I have had a few ok ones, this last one was just to much.

        Maybe it is time to see how LOA is on R2 Games.

How has your GTArcade Game Support been?

support sucks therefor we as players should refuse to pay anything to the company till they fix the known issues and hacks/3rd party users! simply put as long as we continue to pay for crappy service nothing will change.... if they start loosing money they will scramble to make things right so they can return to making the all mighty dollar! all hail the power of money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed that is why I will buy no more Diamond till they start responding properly, Might just go play on R2\'s League of Angels, I heard their events are better but not sure about support

I was going for the Last Total Recharge Reward, Purchase 40,000 Diamonds over the (think it was) 4 day period. The big part of the Prize was a Level 5 CherubStone and some other items. If you look at my payment history, plus I have open Tickets about it. I did purchase 40k Diamonds in the correct amount of time.
        The Problem was I made the last 2 purchases one for 10k and 4k Diamonds very close to 00:00 reset and end of event. I confirmed before I made them that Total Recharge tab was there and available. I made the 2 Purchases quickly and went to claim my prize.
        The Total Recharge tab was gone! I took a screen shot to show that the Tab was missing and you can also see no new event was added. (a Loop Recharge was added later for which I also got no credit for the 14k of Diamonds I last purchased) Also you can see that no Dungeons or other mini-games are ready to use. Clearly before the Reset time of 00:00. Devotion is also at 510 clearly the end of the cycle.
        I have contacted support about this several times over the last 2 days. One Ticket the person did not read it clearly. A second Ticket I explained with more clarity the problem, still no relief. I opened a final and 3rd Ticket today and made this post to see how other feel they are treated by Tech Support on a game they pay for.

        The response to my tickets regarding diamond items has been - if this isnt fixed, pls resubmit.. only for them to ignore it.

I think that because your 2 purchases are so close to the end of the event, you don\'t have time to click total recharge. Is it that hard to Just Mail me the In-Game Items?? I got a 200 Stamina mail that day it never updated for me in a mail. Did not know it would be so hard.

        I submitted a ticket on march 4th and still no resolution either on here or in the support section...no response on forums and a dismissal in support.
