BANNED OR INACTIVE PLAYERS getting Ranking Rewar

ON a Few servers we have noticed perma banned, incative or players that quit the game or server still showing up in current events leader bord rankings, Do they get the rewards at end of events?
;shouldnt or rather wouldnt it be more fair to everyone on an active server that participate in current events that inactive or non participating players not be considered for event /rewards and rankings???
