server Sopdu 549pst IGN TiCat...and yes I purchased the GW crest during the Jan event...this was the body of the 3rd ticket I submitted and of course I still do not have the crest and I still get no response.  I referenced the other tickets I submitted in the body of the text.  The developers of this game want cashers to play...well I spent diamonds for which I paid and watched the diamonds disappear...but received no crest for the evo.  I am quite displeased with GTArcade for giving me the run-around and empty promises to look into it.  A simpl4 solution would be to just give me the crest I paid for...

        keep bumping this post every day until tokkie or one of the other mods pass the info on to the dev team and you get a response (and the crest).

        support tickets are, at best a lucky dip as to whether they get passed on, at worst a complete waste of time.
