TC ban

if a guild signs up for TC and dont have a single member show up they need to get a TC ban for the next week
on the 2nd time they do it there should be a 1 month TC ban
on the 3rd time they do it it should be a permant TC ban for that guild and on all leadership of that guild they should be blocked form breaking the guild and making a new or as well as prevented from gaining a leadership position in another guild

this TC no shows are wasting every ones time and its about time there was something to stop these guilds from entering TC when they NEVER show up for TC
