        I’m not sureif these ideas can be implemented but I’m going share it anyways in hopes thatdevs can solve the alt abuse problem through a wider effective scope.

        Based on experience,major issues regarding alt abuse usually relate to the huge sum of unfairadvantages gain through Major Events, such as Monopoly, Nian (Sorry to bring this up), Rose &Brewfest etc. Basically these events are open to server related gaining such assharing or trading resources through actions and materials. Meaning activenessof server plays the biggest role in achieving your goals, and dying servers areat a permanent lost so they cope by using ‘fake’ active players, alts.
        ;
        The damagesdone are irreversible and think about it, it isn’t completely the players’fault for creating activeness and interaction among other chars players/alts.The solution of ‘merging’ isn’t going to make anything better as well now, sinceother server experience the same issue and resolve with the same method.Merging them will just cause more rivalries and awkwardness as no one knows whothey can trust or which are the real players and of course most have developeda habit of using alts. So by merging, you will create a higher density ofpopulation of players and also alts.
        Eg; 1 Server= 5 players & 20 alts
        3 serversmerge = 15 players & 60 alts

        Think aboutit, if the problem isn’t being fixed in a wider scope (from dev side) but justby banning players one by one, it will just create a cycle of new problems andissues. Here are some of the suggested solutions for handling alt abuse as awhole;
        ;
        Monopoly(Topaz Chest) –OR/AND
-;;;; - Negate the points from topaz chest from hellportal. Could either completely remove the points from hell portal topaz chestbut still gain points from Hell Dungeon blitzing, or change the rules whereboth purple and topaz chest gives the same amount of points.
-;;;; - Implement chest drops from city thieves and alsochances of getting topaz chest from killing them.
-;;;; - Swap topaz chest points with Tome drop pointsfrom Hell Dungeon Blitz. Eg; 1 Tome = 60 Points.
-;;;; - Or even changing the feature into somethingwhere opening some Hell Portal chests gives bonus monopoly points regardless ofrarity. (So basically no matter what colored chest you open, you will have 1/10chance of getting bonus points from it OR go by theme for example; this monopolytheme is weapon and pants and by opening weapon or pants chest, you’ll getpoints.
-;;;; - Or just implement the old Hell Portal Bash back lol.

        Monopoly(SA) – OR/AND
        Regarding SAthat is soloed, duo’ed or trio’ed, it gives a huge boost to monopoly points,most I’ve seen is roughly 4-6k for 1 SA. As we understand that an Allianceevent is for an alliance and basically implicating the ideaof a group of players (initial idea of having an alliance is for a group of people to work together). Now most have realized that if you were given theopportunity to solo SA by yourself and reap the rewards, you will gain huge advantagesand resources. With or without the usage of alts, an alliance leader or vicehave the authority to open SA anytime he/she wants. Even if an alliance isfilled with real players, the highest damager reaps the most or if it is puregreed, alliance leader opens SA for himself to solo. ;

        How I’vebeen handling SA in my alliance is that we are all given a damage cap and fixedtime. At the moment it is opened every 3 days and 30minutes after reset timeand all participants are allowed to deal cap damage of around 30%. When anyonereaches close or slightly above 30% as in the final hit spilled over from 25%to 32% etc, they will stop and give others their chance.; Then the last hit is decided by rotation, asin all of them are discourage to have 2 last hits in a row and anyone who hasn’tgotten their last hit in a long time or at all, will be given the opportunityto do so.

        Now that is an example of an alliance with active members in it, how about those who arejust alone in an alliance and filled with alts? (since a lot of servers aredying) The only solution I could think of is lowering the cap damage/rewardreturn. Like in World Boss, the more you hit you will get diminishing returnsand in SA I think after 60 or 70% you get 0 rewards. ;By putting a cap of maybe 20-30% damage/reward,then it will balance things better, since building an alliance is a groupeffort and is to be shared, not something you hog/build your own and reapeverything yourself.; Ideas of cappingdamage and rewards;

        Lvl Based;;;;;;;;;;;; OR;;;;;; BR Based
        20-30 = 5%;;;;;;;;; ;;;;;;;;;;;; 0 – 40k = 5%
        31-40 = 10%;; ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;40.1k – 100k = 10%
        41-50 = 15%;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ;100.1k – 250k = 15%
        51-60 = 20%;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 250.1k – 500k = 20%
        61-70 = 25%;;; ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;500.1k – 1mil = 25%
        71-80 = 30%;;;;;;;;;;;; ;;;;;;;1.01mil – 2.5mil = 30%
        81-90 = 35%;;;;;; ;;;;;;;;;;;;;2.501mil – Infinite = 35%

        * This ideacan be in a different form whereby it can be applied to other bosses as well,as in no matter how much you hit or do, once you hit your cap you will gain norewards unless you do last hit.
        * Or put godmodeon bosses, and will only die when the timer runs out and bonus rate given to thosewho cap their damage earlier on the timer something like G-Dungeon. That meansif you cap your own damage within the first 5minutes you get (SSS), 10minutes (SS),20minutes (S) and more than 20minutes, no bonus at all.
        I personallythink this will not only solve the SA (exploitation) but also WB issues wherein some servers their World Boss last for less than a minute. It may defeatsome of the competition/challenge but it will generate better friendlier competitionand community.

        Monopoly(TD) – OR/AND
        There was anissue brought up in one of the threads and regarding alliance jumping. Eventhough there is a 24 hour CD, but someone will be able to achieve/clear 9 TDsin 5 days by jumping from one alliance to another and resetting 3 TD peralliance, thus giving pretty decent bonus in monopoly. ;Instead of making it 3/3 cap per alliance, whynot make it 3/3 cap per player in a week, something like the 4/4 cap on SA perplayer.

        Other Events(Unlimited Secondary Contributions)
        Eg;Valentine Rose, Nian, Brewfest
        ;
        I don’tthink there is any way of preventing people from using alts in these eventssince it is based on popularity/population (Rose, Brewfest) and also unlimitedattempts (Nian). Best to omit those events or if can’t then with solid evidencebanning would be effective, but these kind of events just makes dying serversbe more dead as it reminds us how empty it is and how every other morepopulated server are enjoying and benefiting the event.

        So the ideahere is to handle the alt abuse in a wider scope by implementing something thatis fixed and defeat the purpose of using alts to boost personal gain ratherthan banning players one by one from server to server and some who are justusing it to create activity and life in a server. By the way by putting abounty of 200g on those players, people can also exploit that too.
1);; - Using an alt to abuse your other alts, andposting it on forums to get 200g.
2);; - Trick your rival to abuse alts by using your ownand make it look like its his. Eg; Use 10 alts to give 99 Roses in Valentineevent to him (especially those who are not active in forums), take ascreenshot, post in forums. Claim 200g and ban your innocent rival.

        I hope theseideas do help in future and can be implemented. One more thing, the biggerissue of alt abuse here should also be ‘Rank Blockings/Harassment’. I stronglysuggest these kind of players get the boot as because using alt to blockrank1-3 in anything, daily or events, is just harassment, causing everyone elsebelow them to be 1-2 or more ranks below what they could have achieved. Lookingat accumulative results, it’s a huge thing in the long run, even if it’s 500ksilvers. 10 days = 5mil silvers, 1 month (30days) 15mil silvers. What more tosay INT potions, stardust, exp, prestige, wisdom, and worse of all Major Prizessuch as top1-3 in Monopoly. Furthermore alts that spam gold and block rankings,it has happened to my server before and caused ‘real players’ to spam so muchgold and yet lost the major prize to an ‘alt’. ;Furthermore using 2 alts to try and block rank1-5 on a daily basis, in every single thing from City Def, WB, BS etc. Let’snot forget those who hacked the game to gain infinite resources. I think theseare more serious issue to be looked into rather than a lot of postings ofscreenshot of summoning in hell portal in which by the way no one need to dothat if the old ‘Hell Bash’ was never taken away and servers are more populatedin the first place.

Regarding Alt Abuse /Banning

Oh forgot to include, for Nian event IF it\'s going to happen again, put a cap on player attempts, like G-Dungeon, rather than unlimited attempts.
