"Let the Games Begin" issue

I am on Lachoneus907, IGN Jezrael.; The Hot Event Let the Games Begin has not allowed me to collect Days\' 4 and 5 total login rewards.; I\'m not sure exactly what to take a screenshot of, as there is no one screen that shows that I have logged in all those days and also shows the date and the fact that the Collect buttons were never highlighted.; So, I could take a pic of the unhighlighted Collect buttons, but with no date on the page, it proves nothing.; Also, I seem to be having difficulty getting my computer to screenshot LOA, for some reason.; When I try to capture the image, all I get is a blank white page.; *sigh*; I hope you can help me.
