Angry/Upset Cheated out of Diamonds! Need Help ASAP!

        I hope someone actually take the time to read this post!;;; Sorry for making another thread about this issue but I am tired, angry, very upset and very pissed right now!;; I been trying to get this matter resolved about the money taken out of my account but didn\'t receive the diamonds for it!;;; One transaction went thru for the amount of $20.99... The 19.99 charge was still pending, failed on the first attempt and that payment didn\'t go thru till the next day for $19.99 so how could I receive diamonds for that charge on the 19th? They telling me that I receive diamonds on both charge that day which is BS I receive diamonds for the 20.99 and got my diamonds on the Precious event!;; 19.99 Charge didn\'t complete till the next day so there is no way I could have gotten them... Look at the screen shot below...
        All I want is my diamonds, once again I only receive diamonds for the 20.99 charge, the other charge for 19.99 was pending on my paypal account and didn\'t complete till the 20th so you explain how i got both on the 19th smh!

From now I\'ll screen shot everything that way I don\'t never want to encounter this problem again and no one should have to go thru this type of crap... I\'m just going to keep moving forward that\'s all a person can do!

Yeah that\'s kinda stupid to accuse you of receiving diamonds for that charge and you didn\'t even get it sigh...
