        Hello, I just want to inform you that you guys made a mistake or it\'s a bug
        As you can see I meet all the requirements.
besides. there\'s no 5K Diamond rechage. the only one available is 4000.
Please fix this issue. I want a compensation for this one.

I had this same issue a while back, and did a ticket that is 3 months old, still no fix, a prior event had same typo, PS need to post this in support so a mod can report it.
