        Can some one tell me that is average time to get replay on submitet ticket.
        Right after i submit ticket i get auto replay from server that someone will contact me in 2 working days, now is more then week that i submitet my ticket but still now word from anyone.

        I think we pay enough that we can get suport from you, if you try solving problems as fast as you are starting new servers everything will be OK.

        I also spoke with today with akumi-san from this forum, he remember that he saw my tickets in problem solving program but are not there any more,;

        I know you all have a lot to do, but when i recive automatic replay on my ticket it say somebody will contact me in nex 2 days. Until today i didnt get anything and i start to worry about it.

        Just let me know if you need anything else.

        and once again nothing heppen, another week is over and i still dindt get anything from GTarcade showing me that someone is doing something with my problems
        3 tickets - 3 problems - nothing solved and all 3 times i lost real money because of the bug

        Do something, plz.

        You have to understand that gta does not understand the difference between paid betatester and paying customer. Thus, what you pay for is just an opportunity to do some beta testing that may or may not cause more trouble than advantage, at least in first few weeks. Short look into the forum shows I am right on this and everyone spending money after reading the forum is knowingly spending for buggy product with very little support whatsoever.
        Tickets worked a bit about one year ago. Since then they simply keep repeating that nonsense on only one person able to access them from gta side. Nothing is further from truth, reading of tickets is open to everybody, you only need the ticket number to make the right url to read it - so it needs no screenshots of the tickets. Inside part seems to be that the ticket system is simply very bad piece of software that they are unable to maintain for access by those mods who are at least somewhat active in the forum. But noone bothers to write that at the ticket portal. Reason is proly clear, most such tickets are more or less nonsensual or simply not that important. Thus as long as you lost only a few something, you just forget about your ignored ticket and keep spending. Or you continue spending at least during the time you still believe any porgress might come - and if you are affected by not getting this or that, you may be forced to spend even more to hold your CoM rank or get desired tycoon points. Once you enter forum, there is a great risk that you understand what you are really getting for your money and you may want to stop spending. Thus the later player comes to the forum the better from the bussines side of view.
        Mods in the forum are active (some more than other), some are even helpfull with ingame mechanics or advice here and there. Some are more friendly, some less, but hey, they are only people. But they cant solve anything no matter how simple problem, they have to report it and hope. These mods are regular players that applied to become mods and got chosen in the wheel of misfortune, they get a few k diamonds per month for their service.;They are the only accessible face of gta, thus they get their huge part of responsibility and all the spits - all of them know their position, some just feel its unfair to blame them.

        How to get thru this to get problem solved? Bump your issue everyday, stay focused on it. It took me only 3 months to get my 1000 vouchers back. This guy seem to have similar trouble and he is doing it right...;http://community.gtarcade.com/post/index/id/59842
