BR randomly lowering

        need help with my br...every day when ;i upgrade,evolve,socket,enhance,enchant,or anything related twords br raising i lose exactelly 16965 br and sometimes even more but the 16k is like the first sum that goes down ...it returns ofcourse ;the next day i log in and then it drops again if i do something...at first it was ok but now its getting fustrated...dont know my br allready...and btw when the br drops so do the stats randomly....could u fix it or something? AND A QUESTION: WHERE TO WRITE TICKETS OR SOMETHIN?cant find it anywhere now.... ty for your time and hoping for response
