Gauntlet without update in my guild.

I have already sent two support to them saying that my guild in Nereida server (S25) is without updating Gauntlet, they continue with little HP and attack. Please try to fix this problem because I\'m waiting for more than 20 days and nothing.;I am deputy leader in two guild, both with the same level 31, the same difficulty; however, in a guild dragons and wolves have much HP, which is perfect for making gold, while the other guild is with Gauntlet outdated.
