Tried to buy 1 servant shard and was deducted 400 dias and 350 aureus but not credited with shard. Unsure what you would require a screenshot off ? Basically a we dont care just keep spending. I rarely contact yourselves due to knowing how poor your customer service is. The problem is i purchased a servant outfit shard yesterday and was not credited with it from the wardrobe event. I would be grateful if you would please rectify this asap. So if I understood it right, you spent diamonds and aureus on Loraleis Wardrobe and didn´t  get those shards in inventory right? If so then I´ll make report for you.

ok, so you bought a set of shards? they dont sell them individually, the come in 2s, 5s, 10s 20s, 25s and you say you purchased 1 set on that date. using both dias and aureas, cool. GT is saying they dont see the purchase. Why don\'t you go into Loralies wardrobe and get an SS of that page? it will say below the item how many you have purchased and amount of each spent? then you can pull up your inventory hit sort and verify that they are not there, take a pic and submit to forum for help. that would probably work better than the ticket you submitted. Also when you do posts for support taht require something sent back? they have to have basic info like IGN, server and platform. this also helps them make the report. hope this helps

in there event it is 25 shards in 1 purchase which ends tomorrow. My IGN and server are at the top along with a copy of there support ticket. The dias and aureus are gone but no item. All i have actually wanted is the item and no other compensation or dias back ect as i have saved all the other items. screen sho0t shows nothing as it shows as though no purchase has been made all be it I have been deducted the said amount.;If anything it is the poor support given to customers that is really annoying me. Prime example is the 3 months it took them to reply to an event support ticket the last time i messaged them to which I got the reply of sorry that was 3 months ago and we couldn\'t be arsed answering you back....;again that can be seen above
